As soon as your order leaves our facility we send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Open that link to follow your parcel — it carries the latest status and the current delivery estimate.

Can’t find your tracking link?

Check the inbox you used at checkout, and its spam folder. The shipping confirmation is separate from the order confirmation you received when you paid.

Still need help?

Send us your order number through our contact form and we will look it up for you. If your parcel is late, lost or arrived damaged, tell us there too: delivery is insured, and we will sort it out.
