Nelmoro ships to Australia. Prices and shipping charges are shown in Australian dollars and are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Shipping options

Insured Shipping — A$7.99
Insured Express Shipping — A$10.99

You choose your option at checkout. The charge is shown before payment and appears on your order confirmation.

What “insured” means

Your delivery is covered by us. If your order is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we refund it. You do not need to claim against the carrier yourself — contact us with your order number and we will handle it.

Processing and tracking

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as we can. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility, and you can follow it from there.

Delivery times depend on the destination address and on the carrier. Your tracking link carries the current estimate for your parcel.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away: once a parcel has been dispatched we may no longer be able to change it.
